1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoPrint by MistaHub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
If you use AutoPrint on behalf of a print shop or business, you confirm that you are authorised to use the service on its behalf.
2. About the Service
AutoPrint provides tools intended to support printing-related workflows, which may include online document submission, order management, payment-related features and printing automation.
Available features may differ by shop, configuration, device and service plan. A feature is not guaranteed to be available unless it is expressly offered to you.
3. Printing Orders
- Customers should check their documents and print settings before submitting an order.
- Page size, colour, paper type, number of copies and other instructions should be selected carefully where those options are available.
- Orders may be affected by printer faults, connectivity issues, file compatibility, shop availability or incorrect settings.
- Customers should contact the relevant print shop about order-specific instructions, delays or print-quality concerns.
Submitting a document does not necessarily mean that printing has started or that the order has been accepted. Follow the status or instructions shown by the service or the relevant shop.
4. Payments & Refunds
If payment features are enabled, the amount and payment instructions shown at checkout or by the relevant shop will apply to the order. Customers should verify the amount and payment status before proceeding.
Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment service. AutoPrint may receive transaction references or payment-status information as needed to support the service.
Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, duplicate payments and disputes will be handled according to the applicable shop policy, the payment provider's rules and applicable law. Do not assume that every order is automatically refundable. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If a payment is deducted but the order status is unclear, retain the transaction reference and contact the relevant shop or the support channel displayed on the website.
5. Documents & Files
You should only upload documents that you have the right and authority to submit for printing. You are responsible for checking that the correct file has been selected.
Documents may contain personal or confidential information. Avoid submitting files that are unnecessary for the printing task, and take care when sharing sensitive information.
Where supported and enabled, documents may be transferred to the relevant shop computer for printing and may be automatically deleted after processing. Actual handling and deletion depend on the system configuration. Copies may remain in temporary files, browser storage, printer queues, backups or other system components. Do not treat automatic deletion as a guarantee that every copy is immediately erased.
You must not use the service to submit unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, or misuse another person's personal data.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised activities.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or connected systems.
- Upload malware or files intended to compromise devices or networks.
- Misuse payment features or submit false payment confirmations.
- Violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account or access credentials provided to you and for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, internet problems, hardware failures, third-party outages or other circumstances.
Printing automation may depend on the shop computer being powered on, connected and correctly configured, as well as the printer and related equipment being operational.
8. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party providers, such as hosting, payment processing, authentication or other technical services. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not control every aspect of third-party services. Their availability and processing are governed by their own applicable terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AutoPrint is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user instructions, incompatible files, printer or device failures, network outages, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the service, features or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and any required consent.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, please use the contact or support channel provided on the official AutoPrint website or contact the relevant print shop about a specific order.
